The farm
In 1999 the farm estate “Quattroventi” (Four winds) was established in a quiet location on top of a hill, among the famous olive groves and vineyards of the “Gallo Nero” in the Chianti region of Tuscany.
The farm is nestled on eight hectares of cultivated land and produces grapes used for Chianti Classico wines and some excellent extra-virgin oil.

“Quattroventi” is a few minutes drive away from Montefioralle, a lovely medieval village and from Greve in Chianti, one of the larger villages in the area. Here one can find a number of shops and boutiques, some fine restaurants and cafés.
The surrounding region is ideal for people who enjoy walking or bicycling; at the same time it’s perfect for those who want to relax and at the same time enjoy some history and culture.
From “Quattroventi” one can easily take day trips to many of the famous Tuscan towns: Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, to name a few, or tour the well known sites of the Chianti Classico: Volpaia, Panzano, Radda, Gaiole, Badia a Passignano and Badia a Coltibuono.
